# Companies that switched ATS in 2026

As of 2026-10-23: 118 companies (94 high, 24 medium). Free sample: `sample.csv` (20 rows, CC BY 4.0). Full file: €99 one-off, refreshed free for 90 days.

One row per company (website domain) that moved its job board from one applicant tracking system to another, dated to the month. Built from the public web archive (Common Crawl, 37 crawls since 2023-02) of the Greenhouse, Workday, Ashby, Lever and SmartRecruiters job boards, plus the live boards we crawl daily (Personio, Teamtailor, Recruitee, Workable, Oracle as targets). Company level only: no people, no emails.

| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| `domain` | Company website (registrable domain). |
| `from_ats`, `to_ats` | Old and new ATS. |
| `switch_month` | YYYY-MM the switch is dated to: the new board first captured, or the old one gone if both ran in parallel. |
| `from_last_seen` | Last month the old board was captured. |
| `to_first_seen` | First month the new board was captured; empty when the new ATS is outside the archive and only known live today. |
| `evidence` | How both boards were tied to the domain: `db` (our board directory), `redirect` (archived redirect to the employer site), `token` (board name = domain name), `live`; `+same-token` = the same board name on both ATS. |
| `confidence` | high (directory or redirect evidence, or the same board name on both ATS), medium (name-to-domain match only). |
| `lever_gap` | always false here (moves away from Lever that fall into the archive gap are left out). |
| `country` | Main hiring country of the company (ISO alpha-2), when known. |
| `size_band` | Open jobs band: 1-9, 10-49, 50-249, 250+. |

## Coverage

- A floor, not a census: only companies we can tie to one domain are listed.
- A switch shows up once the old board has been absent for 3 archive crawls, so the last ~3 months fill in with later crawls.
- From 2025-11 the archive barely captures jobs.lever.co, so recent moves away from Lever are under-counted.
- Archive captures are a sample of the web; a board the archive missed for a few crawls is treated as alive.
