Example: one customer on the Pro plan (€199 a month, excluding VAT) earns an affiliate about €597 over 12 months. Commission is calculated on what the customer pays, excluding VAT and after refunds. Payout from €50; commission is payable 30 days after the month ends.

Questions
How do you know a customer came from me?
Your link is https://arcadiumdata.io/signup/?ref=your-code. We keep the code in the visitor’s browser session (no cookie), send it with the sign-up, store it once on the new account and copy it into the Stripe subscription. The first code stored on an account wins. If a customer you sent signs up without it, email us their company domain within 30 days and we check and add it.
What revenue earns commission?
What the customer actually pays us through Stripe, excluding VAT, minus refunds and chargebacks: plans, add-ons and data-licence invoices. Affiliates earn on each customer’s first 12 months; agencies earn on year 1 and a smaller share on renewals.
When and how do I get paid?
Each month we send a statement for invoices paid in the previous month. Commission is payable 30 days after that month ends (refund window) once your balance reaches EUR 50, by bank transfer in EUR against your invoice or a self-billing invoice.
Can I join as a private individual?
Not at the moment. The program is for companies and registered sole traders, which keeps tax handling simple for both sides.
Can I refer myself or my own company?
No. Accounts of your own company and its affiliates earn nothing. Other conduct rules, such as no ads on our brand terms and no spam, are in the terms.
What do you store about me?
Your company name, website, a work or role email, registration and VAT numbers, bank details for payment and your statements. Statements show account and invoice numbers, never your customers’ names or emails. Our privacy notice applies.
What can I say about the data?
Only what our public pages say. The datasets are company-level, from public sources, with no personal data. Do not promise contacts or guaranteed accuracy.
