Arcadium Data Partner Program Terms
Version 2026-10-25. These terms apply to affiliates, resellers and agencies who join the Arcadium Data Partner Program. Technology partners agree separate co-marketing terms by email. The contracting party on our side is named in the legal notice.
1. Who can join
The program is for companies and registered sole traders that run a business. Private individuals acting outside a trade cannot join. We accept or decline each application at our discretion and may ask for the company registration number and, for EU partners, a VAT id.
2. Tracks and commission
Affiliate. 25% of the net revenue we receive from each customer you refer, for 12 months from that customer's first paid invoice. 30% once you have 10 or more paying referred accounts.
Reseller or agency, referral model. 20% of net revenue in the first 12 months of each referred customer, and 5% of net revenue after that for as long as the customer keeps paying and you remain an active partner.
Reseller or agency, wholesale model. By written order form only: a 20% discount on list price for annual prepaid plans from EUR 2,000 per year. You invoice your client yourself. No commission is paid on wholesale accounts.
Net revenue is the amount a customer actually pays us through Stripe, excluding VAT and other taxes, payment-processor fees are not deducted, and reduced by refunds, credit notes and chargebacks. Commission is calculated on plans, add-ons and data-licence invoices paid through Stripe. Other revenue is not commissionable unless agreed in writing.
3. How referrals are attributed
A referral counts when a new customer signs up through a link with your partner code (?ref=your-code) and the code is stored on their account. The code is kept for the visit in the visitor's browser session; we use no cookies for this. The first code stored on an account wins and is never replaced. If a customer you referred signs up without your code, you may ask us to add it by emailing the customer's company domain within 30 days after their sign-up; we decide whether the claim is credible. Resellers may register a prospective client by email; a registration protects the client from other partners for 90 days. An account that signed up before you joined, or that already had a paid plan, is not a referral.
4. Statements and payment
We send a statement each month for invoices paid in the previous month. Commission becomes payable 30 days after the end of that month, to cover refunds and disputes, once your unpaid balance reaches EUR 50; smaller balances carry forward. We pay in EUR by bank transfer within 15 days after it becomes payable, against your invoice (or a self-billing invoice we issue with your consent). You are responsible for your own taxes. Commission on an invoice that is later refunded or charged back is deducted from the next payment, or repaid by you if the program ends.
5. Rules
You will not: refer yourself, your own company or its affiliates; buy advertising on our brand name or on terms confusingly similar to it; register domains or social accounts that include our brand; use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, pop-unders or misleading redirects; send unsolicited email or messages; create fake, duplicate or disposable-email sign-ups; scrape our site or API to build accounts; or make claims about Arcadium Data that our public pages do not support. You will not promise personal data: our datasets cover companies, tenders, hiring and similar business data from public sources, and contain no personal data. You will follow the law that applies to your marketing, including disclosure of the commercial relationship wherever you promote us.
Commission obtained in breach of these rules is not payable and may be reclaimed.
6. Brand
You may describe Arcadium Data truthfully and use our name and logo from the press kit to refer to us. You may not suggest that we endorse you or that you are Arcadium Data. We may ask you to remove material that breaks this section.
7. Data protection
We keep your company name, website, a work or role email address, registration and VAT numbers, bank details for payment, and your program history, to run the program, pay you and meet accounting law (records are kept for the period the law requires, up to 10 years for invoices). We do not give your customers' details to you: statements show account and invoice numbers only. If you are sent personal data of our customers by mistake, tell us and delete it. Our privacy notice applies.
8. Changes and ending
We may change these terms or the commission for new referrals with 30 days' notice by email; referrals already made keep the terms that applied when they were made, for their commission period. Either side may end the partnership at any time by email. After it ends we still pay commission earned on valid invoices up to the end date and, for the referral model, the remaining commission period, unless we ended it for a breach of section 5.
9. Liability and law
The program is provided as is. We do not guarantee any volume of referrals or income. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. The partnership is not an employment, agency or joint venture; you have no authority to bind us. These terms are governed by the law stated in our legal notice and the courts named there have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rules that do not apply between businesses.
