Commercial and large residential projects, the week they enter planning.

A planning application is the first public trace of a building project, months before a contractor is chosen. We read the official planning registers and keep only the commercial and large residential schemes worth a sales call.

For: Contractors, building-product suppliers and their sales teams in the UK and Ireland.

Which councils are covered?

All of Ireland through the National Planning Applications dataset, and the UK councils that publish open planning feeds. More councils are added as they open their data.
