European Hiring Index

On 2026-10-23, 298,722 roles were open on the career boards of 11,706 employers we track in Europe (month to date). 9% were remote and 5% stated a salary (4% in EU member states, where pay information before hire becomes a legal duty under Directive (EU) 2023/970). This is an early series: the net change over 2 observed days on the fixed panel was 99 roles (284 openings, 185 closures).
